After the Christmas break we are ready for a new year to spend together! We start with a couple of awards that makes us proud lot. The first

is the recognition of our Yoga school by the World Movement for Yoga and Ayurveda and CUIDY (Italian Confederation of Yoga Journal). From April will start our first course for aspiring yoga teachers. For more information, please click here
The month of January will be full of events. Besides the usual programming courses midweek, with hours that you can see here , there will be seminars and workshops during the weekend.
