Yoga Mudra - Gyan
Last night I watched Edward sleep. A stomach, right for the arm resting on the mattress, your thumb and index finger touching the tip.

And so this morning I woke up thinking about
Mudra.
What are The Mudra positions are never as well as the eyes and, more generally, the body that serve to facilitate the flow of energy in the body. Those hands in particular are used to "close a circuit by preventing a certain type of energy (depending on the fingers" involved "in the Mudra) is dispersed.
Gyan Mudra Mudra And I referred to in the opening post. Operated by placing the tip of the thumb and index finger touch, other fingers should be relaxed. E 'is the most famous and known. Often when you mention yoga everyone, even people who have never practiced and do not know what it is, refer to this hand position. And 'the Hindu mudra of meditation and helps to turn their eyes to themselves internally.
