What is Functional Fitness?!

The Functional Fitness is a type of training that works on the whole body, muscle groups, adapt or using exercises that enable practitioners to carry out their activities in daily life more easily and safely.
We ideally divide the exercises into three groups of Functional Fitness, to help you understand basically what it is and what is it.

muscle strengthening exercises
This is a series of exercises that use free-style use of small equipment such as kettlebells and the elastic tube (fitted with a weight handle that easier to handle), thus leaving some freedom of movement in order to replicate and, when necessary, correct, the natural movements of our body in everyday life.

Mainly borrowed from Yoga and Pilates, this series of exercises carried out the fundamental task of stretch and make your muscles more flexible and harmonious.
