Biodanza is a healthy pursuit, fun, funny, accessible to all: it is not necessary to know how to dance.

In the second part of the session of Biodanza, the exercises are designed to produce stress relaxation due to activation of the parasympathetic nervous system and limbic (work on listening sensible of their emotions and feelings, the rest on emotional contact, containment and ability to let go)
